I feel empty. I feel so alone and lonely. I don’t know why I am here. I don’t feel fulfilled. I’m tired of going on this road to nowhere. I need help.

We’ve all felt these things. In such moments, you know there’s something missing, something wrong in your world. You know it’s a relationship you don’t have that you’re supposed to have.

At times you may have felt you have found it, perhaps in a love relationship, but that feeling never seems to last. Every relationship leaves you with this hole in your heart. Something isn’t right, but we just can’t find it or fix it. Someone is missing.

But it doesn’t ever have to be that way for you again. There is an answer to your search. The only relationship capable of filling us and understanding what we are created for is the Creator, God.

He loves you as His child, and wants you to enjoy a relationship with Him. He is the answer to your search for that ultimate relationship. He will fill the hole in your heart, help you overcome your loneliness and your faults, give you peace here and now, and eternal life with Him in Heaven.

If you would like to have a relationship with God, the Bible tells us that we begin by acknowledging that we have sinned and that there is nothing we can do to earn our way into God’s love (Romans 3:23-26). We believe and confess that Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9) and allow Him to guide our lives. Where we once wanted to control our own futures, we now allow Jesus into our hearts to be our Lord.

If you would like to accept Jesus as Lord of your life, you can pray the following prayer:

Lord, I confess that I have sinned against you and ask you to forgive me. I am sorry that my sin has hurt You and other people in my life. I acknowledge that I could never earn salvation by my good works, but I come to you and believe that Jesus died on the cross for me. I believe that You love me and that Jesus died and rose again so that I can be forgiven. I ask you to come into my heart and that You would be Lord of my life. I trust You with my life and I thank You for loving me so much that I can know you here on earth, and spend the rest of eternity with You in heaven.
